Craig Scott from iThoughts - at Biggerplate Unplugged

Next year Biggerplate will be hosting a unique series of mini-conference events in major cities around the world, kicking off in London on January 31st 2013. We've been busy behind the scenes speaking with leading figures in the world of mapping, to secure a line-up of top quality speakers who will be sharing their experience and expertise at the first event in London.

We're delighted to announce a fantastic line-up of speakers so far (with more to come) and among those is Craig Scott, the founder and lead developer of the wildly successful iThoughts mapping app for iPhone and iPad! Craig will be delivering his presentation "Touchy Feely Mind Mapping" and talking about his experience in building one of the first mind map tools designed solely for mobile and touch based input.

There's no doubt in our mind that Craig can be credited with creating real game-changing innovation in the world of mapping, ever since iThoughts burst onto the scene back in 2008. iThoughts has tens of thousands of users around the world, and this growth has been almost entirely driven by the phenomenal reviews and word of mouth praise that the app has received over many years.

We're delighted to have Craig speaking at Biggerplate Unplugged in London, and we hope iThoughts users and fans will come and join us to here what he has to say! When asked what excited him about Biggerplate Unplugged, Craig said "the event will give me a chance to speak with people who are passionate about mind mapping, and pick up some ideas for future versions of iThoughts! People who visit the event will be able to connect with fellow mappers, exchange ideas/techniques, and influence the direction and development of tools such as iThoughts". We couldn't have said it better ourselves!
